management. She has worked with troubled businesses where immediate intervention and facilitation was necessary to correct problems that threatened the existence of the business. And, she has worked with healthy, growing companies to focus strategic direction, integrate systems, and support leaders and management to improved performance.
Her consulting experience also includes direction of organizational change, leadership and team development, and 
executive coaching programs for clients including AT&T, SABRE, Westin Hotels, Northern Telecom, and others from Fortune 500 to small businesses. She has designed curriculum and delivered leadership and management development programs to hundreds of leaders, management, and staff both in the US and in Europe.
