Board Engagement and Governance

What is the Board’s proper role? Is their job to be fiduciary stewards only? Are they there to raise money and leave governance to executives? How can you best engage the Board and put talented Board members to good use for the organization?

We challenge Boards to an enriched concept of their governance role – a leadership role – built on a foundation of solid stewardship.
